I offer IQ testing to support school planning, placement, or admissions, for children 4 and up. This includes the WISC-V or WPPSI-IV, which are required by several private schools in the Seattle/Bellevue area. Families who would like information about their child's cognitive profile for general information are welcome to schedule testing, even if they are not applying to specific private schools. The testing process includes one in-person testing session, lasting about 60–90 minutes. You'll receive a detailed report within one week of the session.

If you're scheduling an IQ-only test for school admissions, there's no need for a consultation. You can book directly through my calendar, and I'll send the necessary questionnaires along with your appointment confirmation.

Pricing for IQ Testing - $850

Flat rate includes in-person testing, scoring, analysis, and written report. For IQ testing, $150 is required to book the appointment. The rest will be collected during the appointment.

I offer targeted ADHD evaluations for children 5 and up, to help clarify attention and executive functioning challenges. Reports always include clear recommendations tailored to your child, including accommodations if appropriate.

Pricing for ADHD Testing - $3,000-5,000

Flat rate includes intake interview, assessments, in-person testing, scoring, analysis, written report, and feedback session. For testing, 50% of the total cost is billed prior to the intake appointment to reserve your spot and the remaining 50% is billed prior to the feedback session.

I offer assessments to clarify diagnoses and guide treatment for mood and anxiety disorders, as well as behavior-related concerns such as oppositionality, emotional dysregulation, or frequent meltdowns.

Pricing for Psychological Evaluations - $2,500-$5,000

Flat rate includes intake interview with parents (and possibly child), assessments, scoring, analysis, written report, and feedback session. For these evaluations, 50% of the total cost is billed prior to the intake appointment to reserve your spot and the remaining 50% is billed prior to the feedback session.
