You can already name the pattern you’re stuck in. Now you want to change it.
Your pattern might look like the weekday morning rush that always ends with someone in tears, or the Sunday scaries you’ve been shoving down for half a decade. It might be the over-stimulated attitude that derails the fun plans, or the promise that the adults won’t shout again - followed by raising your voice again the next day.
You know it’s a pattern you feel stuck in. You’ve read about it. Your algorithm knows you feel the shame, and you saw a therapist for a while, but you’re still in the cycle.
My parent coaching, therapy and consults focus on real change in a focused, and personalized time-frame.

Three ways we can work together, matched to your unique family situation.
Parent Coaching
A six to twelve-week coaching container for parents of kids with ADHD, behavior challenges, big intensely expressed feelings, and the harder parts of family life.
Most parents come to me in search of tools. They want to know what to do when their kid screams in the grocery store, refuses school, throws the iPad, melts down at homework, or won’t go to sleep. I offer tools, but we need to start at the beginning to make sure they have a lasting impact.
We start with how you’re seeing your child in the first place. We’ll explore what you think their behavior means about them, about you, and about what your family is supposed to look like. What’s the story underneath the morning meltdown that makes it so hard to be in?
This is for the parents who are willing to look at themselves, and not only at their child. If you’re looking for a fix-all behavior chart, with no time for deeper conversations - this isn’t the right container for you.
What you get: 6-12 weekly sessions, 60 minutes each. A structured curriculum with video modules between sessions so we can spend our time together on what’s actually going on for you. Couples welcome, one or both parents.
Investment: Six- and twelve-session packages available, paid in full at the start of the program.

Therapy for Adults
For parents working on patterns that are keeping them stuck in place.
You feel like the parent whose child is doing fine but whose own anxiety is making everything harder. Maybe you’re running on empty and not sure how to get yourself back. You might be parenting around your own depression, your own old trauma, or the way you were raised. Sometimes that looks like over-functioning, over-protecting, or overcompensating, and living that way isn't sustainable.

Therapy helps your child by helping you first. We focus on whatever is making it difficult for you to show up as the parent or the person you want to be.

Unlike parent coaching, this work is less structured. We go where you need to go. There's no fixed curriculum. What we do is shaped by your situation, your experiences, and what's getting in the way of living and parenting how you want to.

This is individual work, not couples work. It lets us focus on what's happening for you, not on the dynamic between you and your partner. Although when you do the work, everything shifts for the better! Most clients work with me for several months, often no longer than six to twelve.
What you get: Weekly or biweekly sessions, 60 minutes each. Our work may include somatic experiencing, mindset work, emotional processing, and the deeper exploration of patterns that parent coaching doesn't have room for.
One-Hour Consultations
For when you have one specific question or problem that needs an expert answer.
My consultations are focused, single-session meetings designed to help you work through one specific issue. They are not therapy or coaching. They are designed for parents who need a concentrated conversation with a clinical psychologist who has twenty years of experience, structured around a concrete question or problem.

Recent consultations have included:
-
Helping a couple frame a conversation with their child about their divorce.
-
Walking parents through supporting a child with ADHD and dyslexia who doesn’t want to read.
-
Conducting a preschool observation to assess whether a four-year-old's classroom accommodations are working.
-
Interpreting a school's evaluation report and identifying what to do next.
You will leave our consultation with a clear understanding of your issue and a plan you can act on. There's no follow-up unless we've agreed on something specific, like a resource list, a referral, or a one-page summary.
What you get: One 60 minute, solution-focused call with a plan-based outcome you can implement yourself.
Investment: Consultations are $300 per session. Booked directly through scheduling.

How I work with individual clients, regardless of session type.
My recommendations are evidence-based, drawn from clinical psychology, behavioral parent training, attachment science, and modern experiential therapies. They're also shaped by your specific situation, your specific kid, and your specific family.

My goal is to always help you understand what's going on, do the work it takes to shift it, and walk away with what you need.
Wondering if this is the right solution for what’s happening in your family?
